With over 15 years dedicated to the property investment sector, he now shares empirical knowledge
with his clients not only by facilitating their lease and rental income but also by understanding and
responding to their individual commercial goals. This, together with Sam’s established networks
and comprehensive knowledge of the Melbourne property market is a clear advantage when striking
the right leasing deal. He connects the right people with the right properties at the right time, all
whilst maintaining a professional and approachable rapport with all stakeholders.
Sam has a simple secret to his success - to pay attention to detail in every endeavour embarked upon

Having played soccer for 18 years, Sam is a passionate sports follower as well as a strong AFL
Richmond supporter. He still notes the 2017 premiership win as his greatest footy fan moment!
When not supporting his team, Sam enjoys time with his son Jordan and spending time relaxing
with family and friends.
