Having gained lots of hands on knowledge by working in and with a range of industries including Property and Finance, Human Resources, Retail, Non for Profit Organizations, and Events Management, her core skill set is building strong rapport and trust with clients and business improvement.
Ayda has worked with and trained Australian and International companies, delivering tailored training, business consulting, and coaching group processes with primarily senior leaders and executives. With a background in business, mentoring and life coaching.
Ayda has an insightful and direct approach to people and business, she adds a fresh perspective to making her sought after in business consulting space. She develops and delivers impactful changes with the optimum utilization of the available resources, maintaining and enhancing relationships, communication and improving both business and people efficiencies, productivity and results. Ayda prides herself on providing exceptional customer service and supporting the team to be the best to provide the best service to our clients.
Ayda also has a passion for working with people and diversity. In 2012 she setup “Gift a Dream” Foundation whose mission is to promote purposeful literacy and equip children in 3rd world countries with education, opportunities and resources to transform their lives.
